Who should attend?
People new to ISO looking to gain knowledge of the clauses of ISO 9001
Those who already work as an auditor but need a refresher
Those looking to attend an ISO 9001 Internal or Lead Auditor course but do not have the necessary prior knowledge
What is the format of the course?
The online course consists of 10 training modules; these include lessons in the form of presentations, videos and animations, interspersed with engaging activities and exercises.
The bitesize modules are approx. 30-minutes each so can easily be completed around other commitments and don’t have to be done at the same time.
Audio equipment is required (headphones/speakers).
We recommend using the latest version of internet browser for optimal viewing.
When will I receive my log-in details?
After booking the course, joining instructions are sent via email – these will include unique log-in details along with links to the Digital Learning Portal which can be found via https://academy.batalas.com/ – learning can then begin!
Delegates have 30 days to complete the course. Access ends upon completion.
What is the course assessment?
Delegates will be continuously assessed throughout the course with knowledge checks and quizzes to ensure they have captured the learning needed.
What type of certificate will I receive?
A CQI IRCA digital (PDF) certificate (IRCA course ref 18075) will be sent to those who successfully complete the course assessment. Printed certificates can be supplied on request.
